Registration Deadlines

Available through the EXTENDED deadline of September 27, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. (EDT)

PARTICIPATION ASSISTANCE FUND
No application deadline; award notifications sent on a rolling basis while funds last. (As of September 26, the PAF Fund has been expended for APAP|NYC 2025. APAP was able to support more than 40 attendees. To donate to the PAF Fund for future conferences,click here.)
Hotel Deadline
The deadline to reserve your room at the New York Hilton Midtown (official conference hotel) at the special APAP rate of $235/night was December 13, 2024. Even though the deadline has passed, you may still book through the APAP booking portal. We cannot guarantee the special rate throughout your stay after the deadline.Please note: The only way to get the APAP rate is through the APAP website. APAP does not work with third-parties.
EXPO Commons and Showcases
The exhibit space purchase process begins this summer on these dates according to tier status. The tier system is based on consecutive years of in-person exhibiting at the APAP|NYC conference.
- 25+ Years Tier – Opened July 30, 2024
- 15+ Years Tier – Opened August 1, 2024
- 10+ Years Tier – Opened August 6, 2024
- 1 – 9 Years Tier - Opened August 8, 2024
- New exhibitors - Opened August 13, 2024
The deadline to have your exhibitor name appear on the printable exhibitor list is December 13, 2024.

Showcases are independently produced by APAP members in venues across New York City. APAP itself does not produce, curate or jury showcases. To produce a showcase, you must be an APAP member or an artist on the roster of an APAP member and be registered for the conference.
Showcase listings will go live on the APAP|NYC online platform/app on November 1. The deadline to submit your showcase listing(s) to be included on the online platform is January 3, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. (EST).
