Cash on Delivery:

If the order is above Rs 15000 then we will require advance of Rs 2500.
No permission to open parcel before payment.

Local orders take 2 to 5 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 24 hours business days.
International orders take 5 to 7 business days to be delivered via Carrier DHL, Carrier FedEx, or Carrier Sky Net and we ship within 24 hours business days no sooner we receive the update from our payment gateway regarding the payment status.
Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method, and other factors.

Orders under PKR 12,000/- will be charged for shipping depending on your location. You will get to know the shipping charges at checkout.

Shipping updates:

On dispatch, you will be provided a Tracking ID for your order through Email/SMS. You can log on to Courier Partner’s websites for local and international orders respectively, enter your tracking ID and track your order. Refunds

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

It must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
